Hi, I hope someone can answer my question. I am new to this diet and just found out that I am type O. I have a blood disorder called Factor V Leiden, which means that my blood is a lot thicker than normal and I have to be cautious with blood clotting. Now, type O's generally have thin blood and eat things like leafy greens for clotting properties. My question is, how should I differ my diet from the recommended type O diet if at all, and what should I eat instead to help keep my blood thinner? Thankyou, Ryan |

Ryan, I am interested in how your diet should be modified as well. I have a Factor 2 SNP. Although this question has been asked before, I have not seen a direct answer yet. For me, the best answer may be to send my 23andme results to Dr. Nash to have her tweak my SWAMI. |
