Ok....so here comes the "yearly" allergy whenever I move to a new place. It is greatly improved since past years....am only suffering 10% as opposed to 100% blowout - have to stay at home - sinuses-and-throat-on-fire-for-a-week mess that I went through last year.
Yes, it started with a blast of "stuff" that blew through our office door and right up my nostrils....I noticed the same "stuff" circulated through our AC today in the morning, but not at any other time.
I don't know what this stuff is but I do know dirt and cement dust mixed with "unknown" pollens are deadly stuff for me.
When the blast came through I had avoids in my diet and headed towards a Bulimic episode in the evening. Now, since that time, it's my right eye that seems to be harboring whatever this "stuff" is. the eyeball muscle and the eyelid itself is sore....with no sty. I sweated frequently last night after chasing down more A Allergy Protocol neutriceuticals, and woke to a right ear gently wet on the inside. Meaning - there's a slight inner ear inflammation with drainage. This is the ear that is most suceptible each time.
It's strange how the liquid areas of our bodies can harbor such "infections"
Any other thoughts on how to kill this little infection?
My throat and sinues are only 10 percent raw and tingly, but it persists.
I think someone told me a neti pot and saltwater gargle last year? But what did we say about killing the bacterial infection? |

I use a high quality colloidal silver spray, both in my ears and eyes and/or MSM+colloidal silver as drops.
Also gargle with citricidal and then swallow it - 3 drops in a mouthful-sized portion of tepid water. |

Collidial Silver is great. The Anti-bacterial protocol is good to take a look at for you.
Also, you may try increasing your Zinc intake (liquid gets absorbed faster) I got a good one at iherb.com.

This is going to sound so simple....but I always put coconut oil in my nostrils and ears if I feel I"m coming down with something. CO is anti bacterial/anti fungal. But really quercetin would be my choice of supplements for an allergic reaction. Also boost your immune system with a highly compliant few days of lots of beneficials. Lemon juice in water....a little sea salt to help flush toxins. And then do whatever it takes to get enough rest. I agree with Joy on using some zinc. I also like using more ARA 6 when my resistance is low. Also more vitamin D. Green drinks which supply lots of antioxidants. I would also focus on eating the cleanest diet possible...no processed foods... lots of fruits, veggies and green tea. No sugar because it feeds bacteria. Good probiotics...cultured veggies if possible. I hope you feel better Seraffa.. {{{{hugs}}}} |
