No, I have never been to an AA meeting; have you? I don't have a problem with alcohol & have never really drunk... Anyway perhaps if AA provided access to/education regarding the vitamin mineral deficiencies that lead a lot of people to drinking in the first place & keeps them there, they may have a better success rate, rather than offering the "sort of encouragement" you seem to be implying they do?!
In any case quite a few people on ER4YT are not here so much, due to attempts to beat an addiction, (although true in some cases) but rather a lack of knowledge/education regarding nutrition...and encouragement to follow it
