...as once mentioned and even admitted in his later life from Dr. Pasteur: *it's not about the bugs... but all about *le terrain* !!!!  ....

It's a brilliant observation, and so mis-understood by the public who are accustomed to believing  "it will all just be fixed once it breaks."
Quoted from Amazone I.

cherido mio I think it might be that you aren't aware about your true mental powers.....also here we have the gift to overcome a lot...! But this needs  trust in our *selfs*.....nd we are all capable but need our different keys to open our snaps.....

Easy E..thanx for your statement as well...I'm on green tea since decades min 3-4 biig cups daily.... but... as mentioned...

hmmm took a descision and heared onto my belly feelings... yep sometimes this works as well ...and a brave fine good friend of mine gave her private *toothbreaker* addresse to me...phoned yesterday got immediately a rdv for next month.... here I felt fine with a soft spoken voice ... not mine of course ....
If that nice gal wouldn't have interacted...with warmest recommendations.. I'd be a poorle in getting terrorized by this *tooth plumber fabrique* ...
I think I'm a lucky bum.... ....!

and as I do have bad reaction onto tea tree  oil... I use coriander oil instead...and sometimes swift over to my own mixage...50:50% of lavender and niauli oil

I have taken my mother's advice on oil pulling; coconut oil.  It has definitely kept my poor mouth in better condition.

It would be good if we could pull the information together to get a rough idea of how the BT/secretor vs oil type works.  For me olive oil loosened some of my dental work (which might have been and improvement), but coconut works much better.

CO Q10 is also very good for your gums.  I use a Co Q 10 toothpaste.  I had a lot of problems with bleeding gums and deep pockets.  I use the little soft picks, floss and use a rubber tip to massage the gums. Since I've been doing that (several years now) I no longer have any bleeding whatsoever even when I have my teeth cleaned at the dentist.  The pockets have tightened up considerably as well. I had some that were 9s that are now 4s and most are only 2.
BTD made a huge difference but good consistent oral care did too.
Jane

Awesome.

A change in diet is powerfully effective and will change the body chemistry for the better.  CoQ10 and folic acid rinses are very helpful.  Myrrh and Clove oil and other great anti-bacterial essential oils, such as Oregano and Thyme oils are wonderful.  And these things in toothpastes and/or mouthwashes are a great idea.

I stopped using commercial toothpastes years ago and switched to tooth soaps and powders and a mouthwash that contains the above vitamins and essential oils.  And I floss diligently before going to bed at night.  My red and puffy gums are a thing of the distant past.

Look into Periowash mouthwash:

And Uncle Harry's toothpastes and tooth powders:

Double awesome with an awesome on top.
