Anyone else have them?  I am going to the Dr. to check it out, but it's a concern seems to be almost daily.  Could it be linked to something I'm eating on a regular basis?  Mysterious.

My youngest daughter (7) has had several over a couple months time, although not in the last couple weeks. She went the entire winter without having any while the air was dry and cool in the house. She never had them when we were out of the house. It seemed like it started when we started opening the windows in the spring. Perhaps the spring dusts had something to do with it. We had an unusually mild winter and everyone locally was predicting spring allergies and hay fever were going to be especially problematic for some individuals. Just a theory. I will say we have had more rain and humidity recently so maybe that's why the nosebleeds have diminished for now.

I'd like to add that I've found a wonderful remedy to stop nosebleeds immediately. Put a gel pack/ice pack on the base of the neck when a nosebleed starts and it will stop within seconds. It has something to do with constricting the blood vessels in the head. Works like a charm!

I have them from time to time.  But they are not bad.  I haven't figure out what causes them.  I suspect that it's the wheat.
Last year that I was in Canada for a week, I ate wheat every day.  I got there on a Wednesday and by Sunday, I had a nosebleed.  Or it could be the Canadian air

Since then, I had another one and I had had wheat days before.  It could be a coincidence, I don't know.

That's something really worth knowing.  Thanks for the tip!

My youngest son used to get them a lot from the extremely dry weather.  We started him on Vit K and within 2 weeks, no more bleeding.

Both my boys and my husband suffered from nosebleeds until they upped their intake of vitamin C! It appears to have resolved the problem.

Are you taking any blood thinners? I suffered from nosebleeds for 2 months a couple of years back & it turned out to be too many fish oil capsules, along with Vit E & Evening primrose oil... Upping the Vit C with bioflavanoids helped, along with the above suggestions...

No, no blood thinners.  Well update from the Dr's, I have I forgot the term he used but it's in my right nostril where he cauterized it & it bled a little.  I have this bad habit of rubbing that nostril from the outside when it's itchy & also blow too hard.  I'm being very conscious of my nose blowing habits from now on.  I'm going to start back up w/ my polyvites to see if it helps.

Blood type O has thin blood to start with.  I know you said you don't take blood thinners, but have you looked into natural things you might be eating, such as a number of herbs/vitamins that are blood thinners?

This is a guess on my part....I really thought back on when I started getting them frequently, bleeding will stop after a few minutes.  I have been eating macadamia nuts dry roasted w/ sea salt.  Since Sunday I've stopped eating them & so far no nose bleeds, it just seems crazy that something I'm eating causing it?????We'll see...

here I agree completely with Lola.....so no need for a further comment of mine
perhaps would you mind to go for some more Vit K and/or Rutin... next: use a bit of
citron oil onto a cotton and put it into your nose...normally bleedings stop whithin seconds/minutes....
