I have dark undereye circles I'd like to get rid of. Most eye creams don't help this. I've wondered if its part of adrenal fatigue. I've been working to get my hours back on track but I still don't get to sleep til mignight earliest. Then it feels like I sleep lightly til maybe 5 and deeper after that. I need about 10hrs sleep. I also wondered if maybe I needed some sort of detox protocol?

a gluten or dairy intolerance might be the cause

once you clear your system, these might be less noticeable

They do seem to be a little better lately. Been avoiding gluten and dairy pretty well. The dairy seems to stop up my sinuses in the night makes it hard to breathe.
