. . My migraines went like this... My fingers and or toes would start to tingle, kind of like if you sat on your foot and it was falling asleep.
. . I do get htem when stressed out and mostly in the the fall when my mom use to come up to visit and the rag weed is out. If I am stressed and I eat things liek night shade family, it will put me in a migraine within 10 minutes.
This is interesting - I have this kind of tingling in the arches of my feet and on the outside of one hand when I am under a lot of stress. Allergy season can count as one of those stresses too.

Sometimes taking DEEP breaths in thru your nose then blow out your mouth helps calm you down. There have been times when I felt like I was going to be the proud recipient of another migraine and I do the deep breathing and it goes away.
Funny - people always have to remind me to breathe if I am upset. They can see I have stopped. Cleansing breaths are good.
I do not get migraines. My severe headaches stopped once I started chiropractic and this lifestyle. I cannot say which one, really, because I began both almost simultaneously.
