Looking into information about this and reading some of the old posts on here. I came across one talking about healing between 10pm and 1am. I'm currently trying to recover from working 2nd shift (more like 3rd shift actually). I'm going to bed around 2 or 3 am.
Lin, since you mentioned this to me could you give me any info?

The Doctors I've worked with recommend doing a variety of things from Meditation, calming activites, working on emotional issues if you have any. Getting a good nights sleep, looks like yours has been disturbed with working shifts. Good wholesome food (so you are on right track using blood type diet. I switched to green tea, used to be a big black tea drinker, I believe that has helped a lot and fits our blood type. Chamomile tea also helpful. And if you can afford to add minerals (magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium) and vitamins C, vit. B5 are all good for adrenals. Dr. D. has lots of good ones. And there are foods that are particularly good for adrenal health, avocado, almonds, rice bran, salmon, sardine, pine nuts, rosemary, cumin, sage, fennel and oregano. Lin
