Its always been said that all kinds of waste products in the body wind up in fat stored in clinically obese people!
i am scared of what's inside me. There was a period of time in life for maybe 3 years that I was misdiagnosed as BiPolar and was on very heavy pharmaceuticals, and even State Triplicates (addictive drugs only given out by prescription) - and what I read is the body gets fatter to "store way" the toxins like these that cannot be eliminated!
i'm very frightened at what I might feel or act like since I have no mental illness issues for years, and now have to lose 70 pounds!
What should I believe? And what should I do?

I agree... The liver is probably going to have to do the majority of the work to clean this junk out. Cleaning out highly toxic material takes time because the body can only deal with a small amount at once.
You may not feel great when this toxic material is being removed, however, depending on exactly what reaction you get from it...
Of course, this presumes that you are eating a lectin-free diet. The body will heal much more when it doesn't have to deal with a bunch of ingested poison regularly.
