Reading the "Cancer - Fight it with the Blood Type Diet" Book today (Another firend has just had a scare), great read, lots of stuff in there that is so specific.
the book I am reading is from 2004 (Hardback) are there any errors that we know about this one or updates to anything?
It looks quiet good for blood type O's apart from melanoma, I wonder if the reason is that O's try and get all the sugar out of their system through there skin, or because we should be Black. (meant in a serious way).

errata for all the english language books are here: http://www.dadamo.com/errata/smartfaq.cgi
Quoted from Cancer
The AB 'cancer fighting foods' chart lists guava as a cancer fighting beneficial, while the diet shows it as an avoid.
This is a typesetting mistake. The publisher has been alerted.

Or maybe because, if we're light skinned, we should be living far from the equator and/or dress in sun-protective ways. Think of the traditional Arab clothing- it's cool and lightweight but covers nearly every inch of skin. |

Since my dad died of a heart attack and my mom has battled cancer, I decided to check out both the Cancer and Heart Disease books. I marked on my printed SWAMI the A foods listed in both books, and try to emphasize those foods the most. |

Adam- if you entered your family medical history into SWAMI, then the anticancer and anti heart disease foods are already emphasized in your SWAMI. There's no need to compare your food list to any of the books, although the books give good background information about how diet affects the disease process. |

Us A's got the c**p end of that stick I wonder if since my mom is an O hunter with lupus and my dad is an AB nomad that that has influenced my genes None of my grandparents have any history of cancer so far. I am gonna just take care of myself pretty well and use what i have learned here |

All of the BT's have their own achilles heals that can be just as bad and decrease quality of life. Caring for yourself with diet and exercise is always the best medicine!! |
