Just finished watching it, awesome, I've shared it on Facebook |

Eric, the first few minutes of the film was stressing me out and I had to stop it. Have you checked out Hunter Activator? Works wonders for me (I've a little Hunter in my makeup, too). |

If anyone believes that because of their blood type they cannot handle stress, then they have already been defeated |

I think being organized, being confident in your ability to handle challenges, and putting things into perspective go a long way to managing stress.
Also, eating right, exercising right, and getting enough sleep are important i think. |

Haven't watched but a minute of it , but saved it to watch later, love it "three minutes of screaming terror on the savanna after which either it's over or you are" lol!!!
I have used my car as my own personal screaming or laughing out LOUD stress relieve space.. It is the only place in the world, where no one can hear me, nor is nay one near enough to wonder of I lost my mind.. What a great reality '3 minutes of extreeme self expression' is all one needs to get back on the horse and face life a new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Eric I just sent this to all I can help with the video.. words leave me .. it is profound!!! Thanks for sharing..
watching this video will be life changing for any one ..
I experienced many moments in life that took away HOPE and in those moments I see where I 'killed' my health and spirit!
I recently experienced the opposite where Hope was the gift in my dieting,, and I can vouch for the need for KNOWING that there is Hope and we deserve to strive for it..
What a difference if our response to 9/11 would have been done by someone other then the one who made the decision to go to endless war, in the FIRST year of A MILLENNIUM, like the bad baboons, rather then the education by the good baboons.. |

I agree that stress is as important as diet.
"Ninety percent of disease is caused or complicated by stress."
Diet and stress can cause some health problems and aggravate others. Plus, when people are stressed, they very rarely follow a proper diet or lifestyle. |
