Hi ERFYT members... Been following the plan for several  years and all good...

I have one issue I can't seem to get clarification on and that is Blood Type (O+) and S. Aureus in that I get infrequent folliculitis (Sycosis Barbae) and all the symptoms are correct but I would like to NOT keep getting it...

I have followed all recommended practices (Shaving/Face Cleanser/topical anti-septic cream) and am interested in the (if any) correlation with S. Aureus and mucus membrane infection (nose) and therefore spread to face/beard area.

Any known working treatments/trigger foods/Avoids appreciated and any ideas or referral to info by Dr D'Adamo???

I'm sorry i can't be more precise, and it might be a similar sounding thing. but i read at sometime that hydrogen peroxide when used to bleach hair had temporarily cured this or a very similar sounding problem.

the person in question had wanted to know if she could reduce the stregngh of the HP so as not to turn her hair red or something like that. perhaps goggle will help you.

not sure if it treat sthe cause or symptoms but may help and always be cautious when using HP.

yeast fungus comes to mind.....but there are other targeted ones like stomach health and immune boosting and liver

try one for a time span, then take a break and look into another one, and so on

compliance is advised during the process

concentrate most in healing your gut, getting that ecosystem of yours in balance
