okay, I have pcos. am super exhausted, and tired ( I have 3 kids, its the land of the midnight sun and summer vacation!).
I've been feeling like this for a while. any ideas of what to do.
I need to lose weight, I'm exhuasted, no energy, etc.
I was going to go on ahead and take some adaptogenic herbs and vit d and b. does anyone know if that will help? has it helped with others in situation? I would deeply appreciate the help. my weight is getting out of control and not sure what I can do, and do it long term to help. |

umm, I'm still trying to make sense of my swami and how to put it together. for veggie wise - for the most part yes. I need to add in some more fruits. I have a hard time following it in the terms of the seafood section. etc. I do need to be more diligent with my swami. but I am trying.
so many diamonds are impossible for me to buy. |

There are many diamonds I'm not able to buy either, for a variety of reasons. Some aren't available in my area, and some are available but out of my price range.
I'm careful to avoid the avoids, and I try to include as many beneficial foods as possible. I often eat the same beneficials over and over again, because they're readily available and inexpensive. I fill in with neutrals as needed. They provide variety (both in terms of well-rounded nutrition and in not getting bored) as well as make things more affordable. |
