Blood type A Man with parapsoriasis.....this is my dad, he is going to start on the diet, and since he is not real good with the computer, I told him I would ask you all a question for him....

I am sure that just starting on the BT diet will show improvements in the parapsoriasis, but are there any supplements other than Vitamin d3 that he can take to help him improve his condition?

the doctor told him that he just needed vitamin d......What about using a magnesium oil or something topical? wondering if that might help???

Thanks Lola.

Dont know that this helped me much...I have read a little, but he has parapsoriasis not psoriasis. He said there is a difference. Would it be treated the same way with anti inflammatories???

you need to find out which food or foods is causing the problem

the likely suspects are dairy, wheat & sugar or all three plus of course chemical.

pick the easiest one to give up first and take it from there. a week at a time be prepared to be amazed.

in the mean time get him a chlorine filter for the shower and filtered water devise of some kind.

natural sunlight for short period without any cream. relaxation, and no alcohol.

or at least do what you can oxo

the BT/GT guidelines are anti inflammatory by excellence
have him follow his plan but first find out secretor status to target

anti inflammatory protocol won t hurt to follow, in parallel to the guidelines
