Typical A should do more mental type exercise rather than heavy physical exercise.
Adequate sleep and proper stress management should help the adrenals. |

Lifting weights made me feel amazing when I was in high school, way better than any other exercise. |

I don't know if it's good for your type, but the herb tribulus is excellent for raising testosterone. There are many supplements that have it. Ask your ND or MD about it. Good luck. |
| My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant. Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index. DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer. |

Exercise wise I would recommend you twice a week heavy lifts like squats/deadlifts/bench press – big muscle group to get hormonal response. Supplement wise: Zinc+ Magnesium + B6 before you go bed. You can buy it ready as ZMA product. You should notice difference first night.. who have taken it knows what I am talking about If that will not help try Ginseng or Tribulus. |

Definitely take it easy with the exercise if you're sick and doing deep healing. Start on the lower end of the recomended exercises for your type, and be prepared to cut that back as well if it's too much for you right now. All the exercise recomendations in the books are for "maintaining ideal health" and arent' always appropriate when you're first starting out. You may need to work up to them.
What supplements are you currently taking? Which diet are you following, BTD or genotype diet, and if so, which genotype are you? |

Aside from following the BTD, you could try supplementing with Tribulus. After I took it for 3 - 6 months, my ND said I had the testosterone of an 18 year old, and I had to cut way back. So please don't take it without getting regular blood tests. For thyroid, I add kelp to my diet. Good luck |
