I have been diagnosed with pseudo gout in my right knee. It is unlike gout in that the crystals are made u of calciumpryphospate. Does anyone know or have heard of a remedy to reduce the crystals or prevent flair ups. My orthopaedic doctor has forgidden me to take up any walking programs on account of this but  I do Zumba anyways (because I like it and need SOME exercise).

You know, now tht I think of it, I had less twinges during my workout Monday. WSo all this time I have been through two knee surgeries just because of my refusal to give up wheat. Well, Lola, I have certainly reached a turning point in my life (even though there is not much of it left). I should have stayed on track two three ago when I first started this on the GTD Gather meal plan
