I need advice for dermatitis seborrhoica (dry flakes on my scalp) and bout of itchy nichel dermatitis (according a dermatologis who solved 15 years ago dermatitis perioralis and rosacea to me and my sister). I fear t is candida related as it is worse after a very moderate drinking for New Year, a small glass of wine, not full ! I was rosy in the cheeks till the morning when I wake up. I have used a three months round of chlorella and the first month and half with SOD to chelate and get rid of mercury. May just a bit of wine make my scalp , all body a bit itchy with wool, arms and legs with three small patch of eczema, I 'd like to get rid of these soon. the culprit of dairy, most sheep dairy, but a bit of cow make also me wonder if to avoid it for a month or two, I am already gluten free. Black dot organic corn noodles so good that I avoid to avoid it ? Maria Giovanna |

Lower all forms of sugar and it will disappear. what did you eat prior to the glass glass of wine?
Bread, Onions, Ice cream, Coffee, Soya, Deep fried food or something else?
Alos were the flakes itcht (Wheat or sugar) or just dry? cause may be different like chlorine or change in temperature (dryer air) changing temperature inside and out a few times.
Probably a carb of one sort or another. oxo |

Thanks John, I'll do it: organic corn pasta may be also to avoid, but this is difficult just a bit. The only different thing of New Year Eve was the wine. Usually since I am single I do not drink at home, not to waste the most of the bottle ! |

Aha corn may well be the problem.
A bit of a compromise but we use vegetable pasta for Emily, spinach, tomato and rice. Made n Italy for Doves farm. maybe worth a try, perhaps you make your own.
Don't forget to consider the obvious things like a new shampoo, hair product, or excess alcohol of a time draining water from the body, even too much coffee although that tends to cause the neck to break out i have found. buy a half bottle oxo |

oh boy, I have had this in and behind my ears for many years....gets better in summer, kind of. I'd love to get rid of it. If I put oils on it, my hair soaks it up and looks horrid. I'm thinking omega 3's...always needing more... (don't think I'll put fish oil in my ears.....) |

well in my opinion eczema is a word for food intolerance and is always fine when you find out which FOOD causes it. suggested this to one of Emily's dermatologists, he laughed, however he couldn't help Emily, I could simply by stopping certain foods.
So eczema costs several billions pounds in creams steroids and doctors fees. cured with any out them. always follow the money.
The dermatologist is probably still laughing all the way to the bank, however his dietitians were all making notes when i spoke to them, and after seeing them again, they are getting results by doing what i suggested - low fodmap, blood type diet.
behind the ears will be a specific food. just not sure which one at present, but if you keep a food diary, you'll figure it out on your own. good luck |

Allergies, unfortunately, can develop at any age as the two cases below illustrate.
Unsel et al describe the case of a 55-year-old woman who experienced repeated episodes of eyelid and lip swelling; itching of the throat, ears and eyes; redness and watering of the eyes; hoarseness, shortness of breath, wheezing, and coughing. The episodes began when she was 53 and had resulted in many visits to the emergency department.
The cause was only identified when the women herself realised that the symptoms appeared soon after she ate egg or egg-containing products such as cake or pastry. Allergy tests confirmed that she did have an allergy to egg.
Celakovská et al report on the case of a woman who at fifty-three developed severe atopic eczema. Allergy testing confirmed that one of the problem foods was egg. She had not experienced any problems with egg when younger but the allergy identified at age 53 was still present six years later. |

try it for a week, then assuming your skin gets better re introduce them again, just one then wait three days and have 2 and so on, trying not to change anything else in your diet. a lot of people get caught out by reaction times soemtimes taking 24 hours or 48 hours.although most come within 5 hours |

also in case you didn't know cooler showers, castille soap, olive oil as a miostueriser and chlorine free water help. as does 100 % cotton and non syntheric material. if it gives you static it will make skin worse. |
