Stop eating any sweeteners, honey, sugars, maple syrup, molasses, etc.  Cut out grains and emphasize meats, fish, vegetables and small amounts of blueberries, raspberries and cherries.

Many people cut out all fruit, but I find that I can eat those berries.

When I have a candida flare, I also take Candidase.  CLICK HERE

I find Grapefruit seed extract to be most affective for me.

Thanks Isa, I only take recomended 10 drops, twice a day in a big glass of water.
I have searched a lot before deciding on GFS.
Here is some of it.
Grapefruit seed extract is an exceptional powerfull antibiotic, which is non-toxic.
It doesn't affect the natural flora.
According to an indipendent laboratory testing "Acute Oral Toxicity" it would take at least 4000 times the normal dose of GSE to produce a 50% chanse of poisoning.

I use it occasionally and it rally works.

5 drops sets me on fire inside.  I tried it only once and suffered for a couple of hours.
