BTD is very balancing and the food choices are additive free as well as organic preferably, with no artificial colorings, or sweeteners as well as bad oils.....
all this contributes to the advice given to ADD sufferers.

LR4YT has sections on type O ADD/ADHD children on page 133 and type B children on page 248.

Also, each blood type section has general BTD recommendations for young and older children.
