Yesterday, I was real bad and I had three macadamia nut cookies, and no rumbling. I am just going to keep track and see if I can figure this out. Maybe food combining is the way to go. Thank you all!
How about getting that secretor test to fine tune your diet? |

I have been meaning to do that. Have to wait a month or so til finances brighten up. I really do think I am a secretor, have been extremely healthy all my life, until about 7 or 8 years ago, and I am now 62. Since then it has been not so good. It will be helpful to find out for sure. Thanks for the reminder. |

If you really think you are a secretor, yet, health hasn't been good since you passed 50, consider following the recomendations in the Aging book. |

I didn't know there was an aging book, too. I have the encyclopedia, the arthritis book, and still want to get the cancer book. Will add the aging book to my list. Only recently did I realizing that I was aging....Ha!. |

I used to think I was aging, then after starting the BTD I discovered that it was just that I was not eating right for my type! |

Well, then I have a ways to go. It is going to be 90% beneficials for me!! The goal is to age comfortably, not necessarily gracefully, don't you think? |
