Friends, if this topic has already been discussed please be kind enough to provide some links. A close friend has been battling diabetes..and it would be great to give him info from the Diabetes book. I dont have a copy. He's a B, secretor status unknown.

Thanks a lot!

it would be a nice gesture on your part to get him the book.

but first, get him interested in BTD.

I wish I could! Only LR & ER are available at Borders...and they dont have any immediate plans to stock up on the library series.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Following the recommendations in LR4YT focusing on beneficial foods in the recommended frequency amounts will be a great start. There is also a Type B Specific Metabolic Conditions section starting on page 276 that should be studied. The Type B Specific Metabolic Conditions section lists metabolism booster supplement recommendations on page 279-280.

Stress (cortisol) control would also be helpful so the Emotional Equalizers section starting on page 243 should be part of the total BTD implementation.

Does your friend have type 1 or type 2 diabetes? Quercetin and magnesium are recommended supplements for either one, but other supplements are recommended depending on the type of diabetes.
