I've been getting numbing pains in my fingers and along my limbs, off and on.  My hands are really sensitive to cold air, I get a burning sensation.  Exercising seems to help a little but I still feel numb.  I feel numb mostly in my pinky fingers, I think because I broke both of my hands, boxing fracture, in an accident when I was young.  I've also had a bump on my right wrist since I was about 8 (I'm 24) and I think that may be cutting circulation.  Any suggestions?

saverain...how compliant are you?  Before BTD I used to get numbing pains and tinglings in my arms, hands and fingers.  Old wounds for me seem to flare this up when I eat avoids.  Have you had that bump looked at on your right wrist?

In concern with strong adherence to BTD supplements and diet, I would also really encourage wkly body work by someone who is really good in myo-fascia release, deep tissue massage, and spinal adjustments.
PEACE.

I think butchers broom is okay for Type O's to take, (but don't quote me).  It helps to increase circulation to the extremities.

You could also consider the Cardiovascualr Support Protocol for Type O's.

saverain, which fingers? And when you say along your limbs, would you please be more specific? Bad circulation could cause this, as well as pinched nerves in the back or neck. If you are having numbness in your fingers, it could be just pinched nerves or it could be carpel tunnel. True carpel tunnel symptoms are ONLY in the thumb, 1st and 2nd fingers and (if you are looking at your right hand) the left side of the ring finger. The right side of the ring finger and the pinky will not be affected by carpel tunnel syndrome, as there are no carpel nerves that run there.
Has the bump on your wrist increased in size?
I have to agree w/ the compliancy question. My shoulder that was injured in a fall 2 yrs ago, started flaring up between Thanksgiving and New Years. Guesses why anyone.    Yeah, yeah   I know, shamey poo on me for having avoids. My chiro was thoroughly convinced it was not something I was eating, but I know now that it was. I was in quite a bit of pain and it ran all the way down to my finger tips. It felt like numbness to a degree, but also sharp stabbing pains. Until you really understand how avoids affect your body, it's pretty hard to comprehend that foods can cause pain like that, but rest assured they can.
Take care

More details about the other areas of numbness would be helpful, as well as details about your diet.  Have you had any diagnosis?  (not that a diagnosis is always right, but hey...)  Any prickling or crawling sensations, and where?
