There is an extensive history of diabetes on both sides of my family, but I am fortunate not to have it.  Would it make sense for me to use the Diabetes book as a preventative?  Or can I expect that if I stick to the ER4YT & LR4YT that should be enough?  I have a long reading list already and don't want to add another book right now if I don't have to.

Thanks

since there is a genetic link with diabetes, it would be good to know what way of eating could curb it....and maybe add in parts of it to your basic BTD. IMHO.

Use the risk quiz in the front of the Diabetes book to help you determine your risk for the health problem.
