How does a type A follow the candida diet when it says not to eat any carbs?  I can't digest meat and what I can digest (carbs) the candida feeds off of.  So what am I supose to eat?  All over the internet I read about different things to kill Candida so what woks and what doen't.  Can Candida effect the heart?  Thank you

Many vegetables are not high starch or sugar, which I think are the worst for the candida, so eat plenty of vegetables like you should as a type A.

How many mercury/amalgam fillings do you have, if any?
