Hello, I'm a type O. Not sure whether I'm a secretor or non-secretor or not, but I hope to find out in the near future. I deal with acne breakouts. Never severe, but moderate at times. I'm curious if corn is capable of doing this. I've cut out wheat completely and that seemed to help some. I eat no gluten. Corn doesn't seem to cause me problems, but then again I never have been one to lots of it. The only corn I'll have every now and again or chips and salsa. So, it's very little corn. I have had a history of digestive problems, but like I said, I think that had more to do with the gluten rather than corn. Just a thought.
Regards, Marion |

corn is highly inflamatory for Os as are all the other avoids for our type. try gradually becoming compliant and up your veggie intake as well as fruit for skin health.
don t forget your water intake daily, half your body weight in ounces.
check out the skin protocol on line and try applying it for a few weeks.
healing your gut is key to radiant skin so check 'deflect' or 'intrinsa' (both available in the online store, NAP) for a speedy recovery. |

Anytime I eat avoids - including corn I get breakouts - so yes the corn could very well be causing the skin problems. |

Yeah corn...for breakouts...sugar and dairy also. Secretor test would really help to pin things down. Debra |

Read through the sticky golden thread about the liver cleanse. Digestion has been my #1 problem as well. Every time I do the cleanse and my liver is functioning well, my face always clears up. I've had on/off breakouts since I was about 14, and ever since my digestive problems have gotten better, I need to worry less and less about how often I scrub my face to keep it clear. |
