Trish, Thanks for the reminder on the benefits of NAC. My past chemo also left me with a tendency to lung mucous. The BTD is absolutely essential for me to keep my body balanced and healthy, and thank goodness we have it now, right ? I have recently bought Respiratone from the NAP store and it contains NAC. That must be why it works so well. It is also helping my chronic sinusitis. I highly, highly recommend it. CLICK |

Quoted from trish44
I have been researching and taking NAC for some time now for antiox benefits since having had chemotherapy some time ago. One of the things I read about was the benefits for people with lung and mucous difficulties. So when an older friend of my husbands was suffering with emphasema (spelling) I suggested he try it. Lo and behold, he really has improved. He is off the oxygen and prednisone. He takes one 600 mg. tab in the am and one in the evening. I think he takes a glutamine tab with the am one, too. He thinks it is nothing short of miraculous.!
that is quite a testimonial. i know a lady w/ COPD and will pass this info on to her. thanks P.S. what brands is he taking? thanks |

at the risk of being 'yelled' at, this : "O's typically have the digestive ability to utilize animal protein well, so Kangaroo meat should be fine." is a very generalized statement. From that, one could assume O's could eat any meat they desired, which is not true. |
