The goal would be to get as many beneficials and super beneficials listed in the Cardiovascular book into your body on a daily basis.
Try to make as many of your protein choices bennies as possible.
Try to have a beneficial vegetable at each meal.
Try to have beneficial fruit once a day.
Eliminate all avoids, and eliminate all the "Infrequent Neutrals."
The Health Series books break food down into five categories: Super Beneficial, Beneficial, Neutral, Infrequent Neutral, Avoid. So, you food selections become a little narrower. The five categories redefines whats super good for you, and shows you which "neutrals" are more problematic than others by creating that new category.
Hope this helps. Let us know how you are doing. |
