anyone else have this problem? I have a cyst in the outer corner of my eye, under the skin, not noticable except a bump that comes up when there is something in the air that I am allergic to. It is pretty well down most of the time, and when it is up I feel irritation in that eye, sort of burning, grainy feeling. I went to the eye dr. several months ago when my daughter insisted, and that dr. told me it was allergies, and nothing could be done and charged me $100. I want to be prepared for the spring, as it seems to be from the cedar pollen in the air late winter and early spring. Any suggestions? I bought some nettle tea, but is there anything else? |

Quercitan and NAC...allergies also stem from the gut so I would also suggest you try Intrinsa from NAP to heal your gut.
If you have any white horizontal lines that go across your finger tips then It would indicate a gut permeabilty issue which causes allergies...Intrinsa will heal this along with eating Ghee
Lastly...good clean water on an empty stomach or 1 hour away from meals...water is a natural anti histamine....your body releases histamine in your body when the body is dehydrated |

get a hold of the 'allergies' book to refine your food choices, also. |

Thank you both. I am taking NAC and recently started quercetin. In fact, it seems better since I began taking it. I bought the Intrinsia, but have difficulty remembering to take it. I don't see any white lines on my finger tips. I see lines, but they are just the normal flesh color. I plan to make some Ghee this weekend, too. Thanks so much. |

Ok, fingerprints. Does one do this with ink? I have never had my fingerprints done. It did not explain that in the link. I am anxious to try it, and want my daughter to do it also. She is developing Meniere's disease....and I think it may be a food issue. |

Good info Mike.........just one more reason to get that required amount of water down. |

Very interesting. Since I didn't see anything about 'taking' the fingerprints. I assume one just looks at them. Silly me. I do see horizontal lines on the fingertips. Is that what I am looking for? |

That is what I was looking for. I did a search, but it did not find anything. Thanks, that helps! |
