Hi all! I don't know maybe this should be under testimonials? Anyways, my eyes have always been very sensitive to sunlight. For a few days last week i had to go without sunglasses (broke them, now have to add them to the other 6 broken pair). I was amazed that my eye's didn't water and that i didn't have to squint just to see anything. Though i went camping about a month ago and was riding my bike without sunglasses, the sun was glarring and i couldn't see, my eye's were watering like crazy. But before i wouldn't even beable to walk outside for a few minutes without sunglasses without having those problems. An eye doctor once told me that people with light eyes and skin usually have eyes that are very sensitive to the sunlight. My brother also has the same problem. The only thing that i can think of that might contribute to this improvement is the BTD. Does anyone know why this could be and has anyone else had this happen to them?. Mickey |

Certainly all the beneficial greens that type Os should eat are full of good phytonutrients for the eyes, like carotenes, specifically lutein. |

My eyes improved over 20 years ago with better diet & more vitamin A. Ain't nutrition great!? More recently I started using reading glasses in certain situations-indoor lighting & faint print. But I am 58 years old & over 10 years later than others I observe--another testament to nutrition!! Cheerio! Mrs "T" O+ |
