I've noticed every once in a while my eyes will flick up or slightly roll up.
I heard it is from lack of iron?

Has this happened to you and if you know if it is a deficiency?
And what can I do about it...

Cheers!

I had that happen to my once, but in my case it was because I had been taking antibiotics and went diving too soon. The eye roll lasted for several hours after the dive, and it was very disturbing.

It is not my responsibility to convince anyone of anything.

Are you talking about an eye tick? Mine does that if I eat corn.

When I am over tired I get an eyelid twitch on my left eye.  I can see it, but no one else can.  Not sure if that is what you are talking about.

I guess it is more of a slight roll than a tic or titch.  Also more of the eye ball itself than the lid.
