I know, I know.  I posted this more for people who need to convince other people. I printed it off and put it on my DH's desk.  For all the good it'll do. Who knows, maybe since his sister has now also gone BTD, maybe he'll "wise up". . Glad to see the "medical community" finally acknowledging the damage processed meats do. Odd that this would garner attention. Similar studies are now almost 50 years old. However, there are other additive factors. For example, high bowel toxicity enhances the carcinogenicity of smoked meats 90-fold, whereas food-derived vitamin C antidotes it. |
