Something really set off my stomach today. Now that i'm hungry i don't want to eat anything that will make it worse. If i remember correctly there are certain foods that are good for an upset stomach for o-nonnies. Think blueberries are one.
Does anyone have any ideas?.

any beneficial whole fruit will not tax the stomach as well...stay away from any cold or chilled food...will shock stomach....garlic parsely soup is good as well
