In the Diabetes book (pg 124) it says to "eat two to three BENEFICIAL proteins every day, favoring seafood, soy, and cultured dairy", but under the Dairy section, cultured dairy is not listed as being beneficial (I'm supposing that yogurt would be a cultured dairy, but it is listed as a frequent neutral). I'm probably nitpicking, but I want to make my best effort.


I'm taking my power back by remembering that a belief is only a thought that I keep thinking,

up to three times a week you can have yogurt...it's not a beneficial food meaning it does not act like medicine for type A's but it is a  protein source food that you can tolerate in small quantities per week.

Just make sure it's Organic...very important
