what has your Dr advised you to do? cortisone should always be a last resource if not absolutely necessary.

I injured my back at work. I am a nurse. Hi emonet, if your viral problems are flaring already, the cortisone shot is perhaps dangerous, but if you have not a big viral infection, try your cortisone injection ! wishing you a speedy relief and recover !
