well ladies, your valuable experience is much appreciated here!

So the bottom line is that you think bald men with shaved heads look really hot.   did I get that right?   I cant wait to lose my hair!!  

That guys with long hair are not so popular with women, is valuable advice I have to remember. Thank you ladies for enlightening me on this one.   I wasn't really fully aware of that.

And is it also true that the more intelligent men are the more likely they are getting bald, because their brain consumes so much energy that no energy is left for growing hair?   That would explain why I am going bald

Definitely go with a shave!  My husband was loosing it, he was so not ready to lose it, I finally took a video of the top of his head and all around.  He shaved the next day.  And to be honest, I think it is far more sexy than the hair ever was!  You must make the right decision for you, but the other alternatives are costly both in time and money with no certain results.  Go with "Jean Luke Piquard" Look!

And if not, then I will go with mikeo's advice most definitely. My brother doesn't shave his head, but he has light blond hair so it doesnt matter that much. I have brown hair and I think it would look kinda stupid if I didnt shave it.   Actually I always thought men with shaved heads look kinda cool and it's also popular with the ladies from what I've heard     And all the smileys on this forum are shaved too and the look really cute.  

But what I think looks extremely stupid is if bald man comb their remaining hair over their bald head to make the impression that they are not bald. Do you know what I mean? That looks so darn stupid!

What I have experienced in this last year, is that getting rid of my amalgam fillings not only caused a dramatic drop in bp but also made my hair come back at the sidefronts of my head... My hairdresser confirmed this with astonishment..
Also lack of (relational)stress, combined with the above did the trick I think.

That is my experience anyway in agerelated hairloss..  
And of course I take biotin, Q10, my vitamins and minerals.

I imagine that there's a survival advantage to male pattern baldness:

In a fight with another male, the enemy doesn't have as much hair to grab onto!

And so, I tend to think that the males losing their hair are the ones who are secreting the most testosterone from combative stress... usually against other males.

And so, hair loss may have a survival advantage in that respect.

..... and what about the money aspect??? No shampoo, no hairconditioner, no hair lotion, no gel, no hairdye     no waste of time when those guys need 'fixing' their hair.. ... My son spent hours in front of the mirror putting into place every hair with gel...  

Guys, you will become millionaires once bald!!!
And the bathroom and pillows will stay free of hair..

Once you think of it, sooo many advantages to be being bold, I mean bald...

I read all the female comments on this thread and went off and cut all my hair off and polished my head.
While I was waiting for all this "action" to transpire, I caught a cold in the head!
I am now alone in my sick bed feeling very sorry for myself. (as men do)
I will never listen to idle (women's) gossip ever again, if I don't die from this extreme flue.
Shame really, I thought I was onto a good thing.
Can't wait for my hair to grow back now.
I guess good things take time!
I hope it "will" grow back!
Oh you shameless women!
I still love you all though.

If you ride your big bike with no hair, you may need to wear something under you helmet to keep the heat in.  I'll bet that's what happened, sweetie!  You let the wind blow back your hair, only there was no hair and your head got chilled.
(But I bet you're the coolest dude on two wheels)
