I just tried the Determinator. The detailed listing with descriptive info that follows the list with checkboxes does not exactly match. Three items were not listed with checkboxes, but included in the detailed info. All three were 5 star items, which is in between the Tier I and Tier II list. I'm wondering if the alogrithm just doesn't include 5 star items.
Surprises, the most recommended product for me was quercetin plus, by a landslide. I take it from time to time, alternating with turmeric and cayenne which I would have thought were more important. Phytocal O was not recommended at all, perhaps only recommended if osteoporesis present. Also, Deflect O was pretty far down the list. |

Thank you. yes the five star results fell through the loop between level one and level two.
Should be fixed now.
The ABO data tables are not in their absolute final form yet, but should be complete in another 3-4 days on so. |

Very nice and very cool "cartoon" or graphic of Dr.D. Can't wait for those protocols to come back up. |

Hahahahaha...!!! I almost choked on my cicory-coffee when I saw it. So cute, heh! Very cool tool, Dr.D!!! I tried it, and found it extremely interesting. It suggested supplements I never would have though of myself. (Though I was a liiittle offended about it's suggestions about menopausal- and dementia-supplements. I'm not THAT old!!! ) |

I retried this afternoon and Phytocal O and Deflect O were now included in my Level I. My second most recommended supplement was Hawthorn (8stars vs. 13 for my top item). It's usually recommended more for Type A and AB, but I had listed family history of heart disease, so that must change the picture. Not too many surprises. I've already added the key ingredients in Promitokon A & L, although the small doses throughout the day may be more effective with the NAP products.
This is interesting, but hopefully there's a description of how urgent to use Level I vs. II and now III. |

Quercetin was coming up too much because the switch for 'smoker' was stuck on all the time. Such are the early stages of this sort of implementation.
Anyway, thanks for the valuable feedback. |

Great tool Dr.! But it seem to be using the weight (in kg) value as the BMI, so the BMI interpretation results in "You are very overweight or obese" for all weight values. And the "for women only" questions should have a "are you pregnant?" value, shouldn´t it? Cheers |

I was wondering how much it matters that I clicked family history of cancer...- my dad is the only one EVER to have cancer on both sides of my family and his cancer was brought on by taking showers in pesticides -SO I would never concider myself at risk... but the determi..... does. I only think I am overweight- and thats bad enough- but great tools. |

Depends on the interaction of several factors like ABO type, secretor status and other conditionals. Any one single thing doesn't do all that much. |

Well I am a B sec -lives a healthy life - my dad was a AB sec- never ever sick befor the bladder cancer speading to liver cancer that killed him fast- however he didn´t live BTD - sadly enough. I just thought that 1 parent=entry made my risk suddenly high - higher than I expected. BUT Thanks any way it is a intersting tool. |

Hi Sheri, On the main page in the Library section, there is a board called BTD News. Click on the latest post about the Determinator and there is a link that will take you there. Or... at the bottom of the portal, there is a listing of BTD News with the thread and the link. |

Quoted Text
From PM from suavito:
You allow to insert height and weight in the metric system - which is great for us European non British folks - but you should mention that the input in meters is only allowed with a dividing dot and not a comma as it is normally done in some countries like Germany where I live.
So I suggest you either print the advice "use a dividing dot you stupid german" or make a software work around which takes commas the same as dots (there won't be any hundreds of thousands in weight and height so this might not cause any confusion) if the software allows that. Or you change the input to centimeters (which would be in my case 194), so there won't be any dividing dots or commas.
So for all the Germans (and everybody else), you can now enter commas as well as decimal points |
