I didn't know if all that coconut oil and such had some kind of special qualities that would require a special kind of substitute.  So I'm glad to know it does not.

Also I'm wondering what to use in place of these, since they have sugar in them and I cannot have sugar:

Enjoy Life semi-sweet chocolate chips

so... a wet sweetener or a powdered form?  And thank you of your input on this.
