I find the recipe interesting and have the ingredients but this recipe has diamonds instead of quantities for some of the items.

Issue is related to the encoding the submitter chose to use.

If you change the encoding scheme displayed by your browser to match the submitters you can read it.

1 cup Millet (rinsed)
3 cups water
1/4 cup maple syrup (honey or agave)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 cup nuts or seeds
Filling:
1 1/2 cups dried fruit (Pineapple, cranberry, apple etc.)
3 teaspoons lemon zest
4 Tablespoons Lemon juice
3/4 cup water

Well I'll take your word that that is possible. Right now I use Safari for a browser. Thanks though.

Hmm? With just a 1/4 cup needed I'll use maple syrup and probably pineapple. I wonder how it would be with dried figs?

In Safari it is very easy.

Go to view Menu:

Select "Text Encoding"

Then "Western (ISO Latin 1)"

Once you are done be sure to switch it back, because the setting will cause a lot of other pages to render incorrectly.

(You will not need to do that on this recipe, since I reentered the fractions so that you would be able to read them.)

How do you make the adjustments on Google Chrome? I dont intend to use this particular recipe, but I'd hate to find a recipe I wanted to use and not be able to make it due to computer problems.

In Safari it is very easy.

In Chrome:

Go to view Menu:

Select "Encoding"

Then select the encoding the original poster used. These will be listed. The most likely choice is "Western (ISO-8859-1)"

Once you are done be sure to switch the encoding back to what it was originally (Probably--->Auto Detect), because the "Western (ISO-8859-1)" setting will cause other pages to render incorrectly.
