Has something gone wacko with the recipe base? I tried a search for "turkey" in order to find a slow cooked turkey breast with balsalmic vinegar that I found on there a couple of months ago. It said 156 recipes but it didn't show the names of any of them. The only recipes involving turkey that I can search for are the ones shown on type base. i am using a Mac now but that shouldn't be a problem. I'd hate to find that the recipes have disappeared because I stored several on there.

The search function is not currently working in recipebase.

Is this the recipe you want:

To find a recipe while the search function is being repaired:

Click on your blood type at the top of the welcome page to recipebase:
Blood Type Diet Recipe Center

A | B | O | AB

        A non |   B non   | O non   | AB non

This will give you a listing of all recipes suitable for your blood type.

Then use the search function in the browser to find the recipe you want.
(On Windows the browser search would be Control-F in most browsers and on Mac Command-F.)

The blood type links above should also work.

The  Cross Match Blood Type Compatible Recipe Lists on the bottom of the recipebase welcome page also work.

This recipe calls for 3 skinless, boneless, turkey breasts. Would that be 3 boobs as Ruthie says? I can't use my regular cast iron pots for this because of the balsamic vinegar. Marshals has a 3.5 quart enameled cast iron pot on sale but they want the sun and the moon for the larger "braiser". I was thinking about getting some rice tortillas and making burritos for a family get together the sunday before Thanksgiving.

BTW I found a recipe for carrot soup with turkey meatballs last week. It sounds promising if I can work around the bread crumbs in the meat balls. Hmm flax meal and rice flour?

We have gotten rice tortillas from Trader Joe's.  I don't remember a specific brand and we don't currently have any.  I know they didn't roll as well as wheat tortillas, but with some attention to the steaming time, they were workable...

There are several brands of rice tortilla's, The most common brand is Food for Life.

It include ingredients that are not good for most blood types:

Brown Rice Flour, Filtered Water, Tapioca Flour, Safflower oil, Rice Bran, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum, Cellulose), Sea Salt.

I presume Trader Joe's are just a relabel of Food for Life Tortillas.

They are "Food For Life" Brown Rice Tortillas purchased at my health food store. Ingredients off of the package: Brown Rice Flour, Filtered water, tapioca flour, safflower oil, rice bran, vegetable gum(xanthan, cellulose), sea salt. Not perfect but better than wheat or corn.

The turkey was very tasty btw. I just use one large "boob" and cut the other ingredients in half.  I had to add a bit of water to keep it from reducing the liquid to much. In an interesting coincidence it is very similar to how my cousin's half phillipino wive cooks chicken legs or beef ribs if you substitute the basil for soy sauce and the balsalmic for regular vinegar.
