Just flew by the seat of my pants on this and it turned out like a gourmet soup! Absolutely stunningly delicious. If you like serve with oven browned crusty Swami approved bread. I used Teff bread slathered with Ghee!
Christina’s Fish Soup
4 Salmon Fillets previously cooked in Olive Oil
2 Onions chopped
Small amount of Rice Bran Oil
2 Large Carrots chopped
3 Stalks Celery chopped
3/4 Bottle Tomato Juice
Juice of One Lemon
Shelled/Deveined/without tail pre-cooked Shirmp (desired amount)
Chop onions and begin to saute in Rice Bran Oil. After they soften, break up Salmon Fillets and add to onion. Let cook until Salmon is heated through for approximately 10 minutes allowing the flavors to merge. Add carrots cooking for 5 minutes. Add celery and all additional ingredients except for Shrimp. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add Shrimp simmering for 5 minutes more and then serve. Celery should still have a bit of a crunch to it.
