Just came across this and remembered PTwist's love of watermelon, and how many of you guys love watermelon. While summer's still hangin' on, with this heat, thought you might like to browse this for ideas.
In a quickfire challenge on a recent episode of Top Chef (Bravo), the contestants were given a mere 15 minutes to present a dish that featured ginger -- to Wolfgang Puck. The S. African contestant presented a Watermelon Ginger summer soup, and Puck gave it honorable mention.
