I found a recipe for a cracker I'd like to try. Only two ingredient need to be substituted. Tapioca with I can use arrowroot instead and sorghum flour which I've never used and don't know the consistency, flavor, or texture of. Thanks

Brown rice flour should work.
Scroll down...it says a good sorghum substitute is brown rice flour.
