If you haven't checked it out, there's an online Thermomix Recipe Community. For example, here's a recipe for spelt crackers using the Thermomix: You can also search the recipe forum by individual foods, e.g., spelt (there are about three pages of various spelt-based recipes). Hope this helps. (: |

How much does that thing cost?
Upwards of $945.00 USD (plus shipping and handling). You might be able to obtain it more cheaply, depending upon the currency conversion, by purchasing from the authorized Thermomix distributor in Western Canada. Their website is: They'll ship the Thermomix TM31 to anywhere within North America. If you want to speak with the authorized Thermomix distributor for the U.S., Authorized Thermomix Distributors, you can reach them at (772) 223-9639. You can also check out the Vorwerk (manufacturer) website for additional information: Unfortunately, you can't purchase a Thermomix in the States via Amazon yet. All it stocks at the moment are some instruction books/manuals, mostly in Spanish and French. And, yes, it is a pretty awesome kitchen appliance. Like something out of The Jetsons. (: |
