Someone described eating a really good sounding biscotti recipe today. I began to wonder how I could adapt it to my Hunter needs. I found some gluten free recipes that called for gums that I don't want to use. Are there substitutes for the gums, xanthan gum, etc.?

try linseed or chia......once soaked, these act as gums
