Just made a great sweet potato gnocchi with sweet potatoes and buckwheat flour as the main ingredients (but the world's your oyster with subs for this recipe as a base).  It was so yumilicious  , really hit the spot for comfort food if you know what I mean - I jammed it with as many diamonds as I could lay my mitts on as I've got a really sore throat and a bit of a cough at the mo and I need to nip it in the bud pronto.

Anywho, I'm rambling on now.  It's a good recipe, I've put it on the Recipebase here: http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/recipedepictor7x.cgi?1400

And I hope others like it

Sounds delicious! It's the kind of recipe my 16yo would have fun with.

I have always wanted to do this - thank you so much for your recipe - love the sauce idea also. I would add some chilli flakes as a sub for pepper.

sounds great for when you are well.

I don't eat many sweet things or any flour when ill though.

I edited the recipe to take out the extra "Enter" that was causing this...

All the ingredients I used are diamonds on my Swami, that's why I used them for medicinal as well as nutritional qualities. I feel much better today thanks, so to each their own (uniqueness rocks ) - love this lifestyle!

Hope you're well too PC and Emily's doing great!

Andy
