I made this dish this weekend and my son and I both thought it tasted great.  Here's the recipe:

Wash and cut fresh green beans, cook until tender but still firm, add to a big metal bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients:
Garlic, minced
Onion, minced
Lemon juice
Olive Oil
Green olives, sliced
Cilantro, chopped
Farmers cheese, shredded
Sea salt
Pumpkin seeds, roasted
Angel hair pasta, cooked and drained

Toss together and serve

I used nearly all organic ingredients and it was so wonderful tasting.

Sounds yummy!  It's still 100 here and I am still eating mostly cold dishes.

Adam, must you really tease me with this delicious dish? I have to omit the green olives but this recipe looks gourmet! Thanks!
