I just discovered at Safeway in the organic section, a cereal called Spelt made by Nature's Path.  It's made of spelt only, no wheat.  It's sweetened with fruit juice, and topped with honey.  It's very good.

I also found Ezekiel 4:9 cereal at Community Natural Foods (not sure if this is in the US), no wheat in it either.  Tastes like granola and grape nuts.  You can get it with almonds or fruits.  I like the almond one.

Actually Ezekiel 4:9 cereal contains wheat, but the wheat is sprouted.

Nobody in my family can eat the Ezekail stuff or the Kashi stuff, since it contains things like barley, lentils, and soybeans that some or all of my family members can't eat.

What  fruit juices are in the spelt cereal?

"Org. spelt wheat flour, org. grape and/or pear juice, org. instantized spelt flakes, org. barley malt extract, sea salt, org. honey."

Those are the ingredients listed on the side of the box.  You don't need to add sugar, it tastes great by itself even.

That's too bad about the Ezekiel stuff.  I only just found them myself, but I won't be buying it again, it had no taste and was too expensive.
