I chose the screen name Passion Princess because I am very passionate about things and the Princess part is to remind myself to treat myself like a princess.

Okay, so my first batch of kombucha made with black tea and agave has a very nice mother growing. The second batch made with black tea and white sugar is taking a little longer; there is definitely strains growing on the surface, but it's not coagulating as nicely as the first batch.

My water kefir kit was sent out Monday and I hope to receive it tomorrow. I'm excited!

I finally got used to the lemon ginger water kefir! It is fizzy and does not have as spicy a bite as I feared. It is helping my detox and it is refreshing.
