thanks guys for the great ideas!! my mom bought different oats this time, i used to buy %100 whole grain Quaker rolled oats, thats whats on the label and the ingredient list. This one says on the label %100 whole grain oats but the ingredient list says; %100 Quaker rolled oats!!! im confused is it a way to trick the costumer? to think its wholegrain is it even legal!!
anyways .. there's not much difference in the macros %100 wholegrain Quaker rolled oats has; per 40g; 5 protein 27 carbs. The %100 Quaker rolled oats has 4.4 protein and 24 carbs per 40 grams. maybe it lost some of the bran layer, thats what made it cheaper? still complex though right?
