hey guys! im really stuck right n0w i would appreciate sum help!
how many grams of protein in "643" grams of (cooked) chicken breast??

the info im finding is all in small portions and in ounces and stuff and im not that good in maths so

I only did a google, though if you have a label from a pack then that would be the better example to follow. Also, it will depend on the source as well. Dare I say genetics.

hey thanks guys, checked the label it says 100 grams = 24 protein. do they mean 100 grams cooked or raw?

It's hard to say, but if it was sold raw then I would think it is referring to raw.  I think chicken loses about 30% of it's weight when cooked.  Is 643g the weight of the entire thing after cooking?  If so how much did it weigh to begin with? (it should say on the package somewhere)

its frozen raw weights 1kg
nutrition fact says at the back per 100 grams = 24 protein
after grilling this stuff it weighs 643 grams

Azure was right then (assuming it was all meat, no bone?).  It should have 240g of protein in the whole thing

If you want 30g per meal, that would be 8 meals.  Enjoy the mathematically complex chicken
